Pricing and Billing Options::

We offer flexible pricing options and convenient credit card billing for all our services. No Contracts or monthly fees, just pay per use.

In addition, volume-based discounts can be availed by companies with multiple users. Normal and Expedited processing options are available although the turnaround times may vary based on the work volume and file audio quality. Audio files with distorted sounds, background noises may be charged extra and may even be rejected if the audio quality is too poor to transcribe.

Pricing can be based on per minute, per line, per report and per typed word. Here are our pricing options per typed word(all prices are in pennies per word with minimum 100 words billing):

Dictation Turnaround Times ::

Normal Processing is 12-24 hr turnaround and Expedited processing is generally 2-4 hrs. However, the actual turnaround-time may vary depending your job size as well as other pending jobs.

Non-Dictation Turnaround Times ::

Normal Processing is 3-5 days turnaround and Expedited processing is generally 1-2 days. However, the actual turnaround-time may vary depending your job size as well as other pending jobs.

Billing ::

You can log in to our website any time to see detailed charges. Your credit card on file will be automatically billed at the end of each month for the transcription charges.
